International Test Commission is an international association that works in a variety of psychological, educational, occupational, and related measurement areas to promote fair, valid, transparent, and efficient testing, assessment, and reporting practices, guidelines, and policies to benefit individuals, institutions, and societies throughout the world. 

One of our goals is to develop and distribute guidelines that promote fair, valid, reliable, and efficient practices in assessment based on evidence and collaboration across national borders, languages, and cultures.

That includes the test adaptation, which has been an issue in several countries. Then, how to make sure the test adaptation still gives the fair instrument? For those who have similar concerns about the test cultural adaptation, we have something special for you!
